Kenneth J. Andsager, CPA, MST

Ken is one of the founders of Andsager, Bartlett & Pieroni, LLP and has over 35 years of experience providing tax-consulting services to businesses and their owners.
Prior to starting Andsager, Bartlett & Pieroni, LLP in 1994, Ken spent 8 years at the Providence office of Ernst & Young, where he attained the level of senior tax manager. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of CPA’s. He received an undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bryant University.
Ken is a former President of the Rhode Island Society of CPA’s. He currently serves on numerous Charitable Foundations. He is also an avid golfer and member of the Pawtucket Country Club.
Edward P. Pieroni, JD

Prior to joining the firm in January 1996, Ed was a senior tax manager and Practice Leader of the Personal Financial Counseling Group in the Providence office of Ernst & Young, LLP. During his career at EY, Ed served on the Editorial Board of The Ernst & Young Tax Guide, a national publication. He was also a member of the firm’s inter-office quality review team. Ed has been providing sophisticated tax and financial planning solutions to closely held entities, trusts and estates and high net-worth individuals and families for over 35 years.
Ed served on the adjunct faculty at Bryant University in its Master’s of Taxation program. He is an active member in the community and serves on the Board of Overseers of the Providence Children’s Museum, the Board of Trustees of the Papitto Opportunity Connection, and was a member of the East Greenwich School District’s Finance Committee. He was a member of the Board of Trustees at Roger Williams University and served on former Governor Carceri’s Tax Policy Study Group.
Ed received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Providence College, and his law degree from Western New England College School of Law.
Christopher Bartlett, CPA

Chris is one of the founders of Andsager, Bartlett & Pieroni, LLP. Prior to creating the firm, he worked at Ernst & Young for 7 years and obtained the level of tax manager. Chris also concentrates his practice in the areas of individual, corporate, and estate tax planning for owners of closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals and families. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of CPA’s. During his career at Ernst & Young, Chris served on the Editorial Board of The Ernst & Young Tax Guide, a national publication.
Chris has served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Pennfield School, an Advisory Board member for the Literacy Volunteers of Kent County, and Treasurer and Vestry member of St. Mary’s Church of Portsmouth, RI. He currently chairs St. Mary’s investment committee.
